Entry Assignment:

• Automatic upon order completion
• Entries assigned to weekly drawing period when order was placed
• Purchase entries ALSO included in Grand Prize pool

Method 2: Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Required) ✉️

Steps to Enter by Mail:

1. Hand-print the following on a 3x5 postcard:
   • Your full name
   • Complete mailing address
   • Phone number
   • Email address
   • Instagram handle
   • Write "Giveaway Entry - Week [1, 2, 3, or 4]" (MUST specify week)

Free Entry Limitations:

• Limit: ONE (1) free entry per person(only eligible for 1 week).

• Counts as 1 entry only (vs 2-10 for purchases)
• Postcard must be handwritten (no copies/prints accepted)
• Must specify which week's drawing
• Incomplete entries will be disqualified
• NOT eligible for Grand Prize

• Winner responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes

How Winners Are Selected:

• Using online random picker website (third-party tool)
• All drawings held LIVE on Instagram @globalcricketstore
• All eligible entries assigned sequential numbers
• Winning numbers drawn publicly during live broadcast

• One winner selected per weekly drawing
• Drawn from that week's entry pool only (purchase + mail-in entries)
  
• Previous weekly winners ARE eligible for Grand Prize (if won via purchase)

Grand Prize Drawing

• One winner selected from complete purchase entry pool
• Includes ONLY purchase entries from entire contest period (Jan 19 - Feb 23)
• Mail-in entries NOT included in Grand Prize pool
• Previous weekly winners fully eligible

Odds of Winning: Depend on total number of eligible entries received. Estimated odds cannot be provided in advance.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION

📢 How Winners Are Notified

Initial Notification:

1. Winner announced live during Instagram drawing
2. Instagram DM sent within 1 hour of drawing
3. Email confirmation sent to globalcricketstore@gmail.com within 24 hours
4. Public announcement on Instagram feed/stories

Verification Requirements

• Valid US shipping address required
• Government-issued ID may be requested
• Affidavit of Eligibility may be required
• Liability Release may be required
• Publicity Release may be required (where legal)

⚠️ Unclaimed Prize Procedure

If winner does not respond within 48 hours:

1. Prize is forfeited
2. Alternate winner selected via same random process
3. Alternate selection conducted publicly on Instagram
4. Process repeats until prize is claimed

Disqualification Grounds

• Providing false information
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements
• Failure to pay shipping costs within 7 days
• Violation of contest rules
• Non-compliance with verification requirements

7. PRIZE FULFILLMENT

1. Winner confirms shipping address
2. Winner pays shipping cost ($15-20) via Zelle or website
3. Prize shipped within 7 business days of payment
4. Tracking number provided to winner
5. Shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Ground

Delivery Timeline: 5-10 business days after shipping

Accepted Addresses: Domestic US addresses only (PO Boxes accepted)

🚗 Local Pickup Option (DFW Area)

Winner Obligations

• Provide accurate shipping information
• Be available to receive package
• Respond to all communications promptly
• Sign required documents if requested

8. PUBLICITY RIGHTS

By accepting prize, winners grant Global Cricket Store LLC permission to use for promotional purposes:

• Full name or First name + Last initial
• Instagram handle
• City and State
• Prize photo
• Testimonial or quote
• Photos/videos of winner with prize

Usage: Social media posts, website testimonials, marketing materials (no additional compensation provided)

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS & LIMITATIONS

Sponsor Limitations

Global Cricket Store LLC is NOT responsible for:

• Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
• Technical failures or Instagram platform issues
• Internet connectivity problems
• Email delivery failures
• Postal service delays (mail-in entries)
• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by entrants

Entry Restrictions

• Use of bots, scripts, or automated entry methods prohibited
• Tampering with entry process will result in disqualification
• Multiple Instagram accounts for same person not allowed
• Intentionally splitting orders to game entry system may result in entry adjustment or disqualification
• All federal, state, and local laws apply

Sponsor Rights

Global Cricket Store reserves the right to:

• Verify eligibility of all winners
• Disqualify entries not complying with rules
• Modify contest if fraud or technical issues detected
• Cancel contest if insufficient entries received
• Substitute prize of equal or greater value if necessary

By entering, participants agree to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules
• Accept sponsor's decisions as final
• Release sponsor from liability

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISPUTES

Liability Release

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Global Cricket Store LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from:

• Any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation
• Any issues related to prize acceptance or use
• Technical malfunctions or human error
• Any claims related to the contest

Disclaimer: Prizes awarded "as is" without warranty of any kind. Sponsor not responsible for prize defects or issues after delivery.

Maximum Liability: In no event shall sponsor's total liability exceed the actual value of the prize awarded.

Dispute Resolution

• Governed by laws of the State of Texas
• Any disputes resolved in courts of Denton County, Texas
• Participants waive right to jury trial
• Participants waive right to class action participation
